Thank You, Munich Airport
When Eunki's flight got cancelled — and then cancelled again, and then cancelled once more — stranding her at Munich airport for three days, it felt like a disaster. It wasn't. It was a detour to Stockholm, and to Chris. Sometimes the universe just needs to be a little dramatic to make things happen.
The Question, Jeju Island
Jeju Island in August 2025. Volcanic rock, tangerine groves, and one very nervous Chris. He had the ring, the plan, and absolutely no poker face. When the moment came, the words disappeared entirely — so he did the only thing left to do: went down on his knees and asked her. She said yes.
All Together, Seoul
February 28th, 2026. Seoul. Surrounded by family — the people who raised us, fed us, and worried about us — we took our first steps as husband and wife. It was warm, it was full, and there may have been a few happy tears (from the parents, obviously. We were completely composed).
Just The Two Of Us, Copenhagen
June 8th, 2026. Just the two of us, in a room of old stone and quiet light at Copenhagen City Hall, in one of Europe's most beautiful cities. No crowd, no noise — only our voices and the kind of stillness that makes promises feel permanent. It felt completely, entirely right.
